Amy Vorpahl as Evie

Amy Vorpahl (Evie) is a ripe and ready actress released from the throes of Texas heat to frolic and skedaddle about the west coast, immersing herself in such vices as improvisational comedy OOO!, commercial acting YIKES!, and short webisodes such as this current little gem BRAVO! Amy performs comedy around LA. You can find a smattering of her other projects on imdb. She played with the same cast/production team in The Grover Complex, and is proud to make her webisode debut with DTA. Check out more of Amy's stuff at amyvorpahl.com. Amy also has her own web series, Chaotic Good Online!

Fernando Noor as Damian

Fernando Noor (Damian) is an actor, writer, producer and voice over artist originally from Tijuana, Mexico. Fernando starred as Rufus in the student thesis feature JEFFERSON directed by Karen Bullis and written by Claire L. Wasmund. Fernando also wrote and stars in THE GROVER COMPLEX produced by Claire L. Wasmund, directed by Karen Bullis, and featuring Tristan Scott and Amy Vorpahl. He’s recently done voice over work for McDonalds and Ugly Betty. You can find Fernando’s voice over work here at www.fernandonoorvo.com.

Tristan Scott as Lionel

Tristan Scott (Lionel) got his start doing theater in his hometown of Monterey, CA. Since moving to Los Angeles Tristan has studied at the Stella Adler Academy under Brian Riese. He starred in the student thesis feature JEFFERSON directed by Karen Bullis and written by Claire L. Wasmund. He also appears in THE GROVER COMPLEX written by Fernando Noor, directed by Karen Bullis, featuring Amy Vorpahl, and produced by Claire L. Wasmund

About the director...

Karen also directed the independent feature film THE GROVER COMPLEX written by and starring Fernando Noor and produced by Claire L. Wasmund.

A little on the writer...

CLAIRE L. WASMUND (Creator) grew up in various states of the Midwest but fled that excitement for the quaint and quiet town of Los Angeles (the one in CA).

Claire wrote the independent film JEFFERSON which also features Tristan Scott and Fernando Noor. She produced the independent feature film THE GROVER COMPLEX written and starring Fernando Noor. Crashing that cast once again are the lovely Tristan Scott and Amy Vorpahl.

Claire's cousins, Robert James Lee and Nathan Lee, and brother Matt Wasmund wrote and played the theme song for DTA. Check out their myspaces: Where to Robert and Wasmund Music.

Claire keeps a self indulgent and infrequently updated blog at Wazikaze. In her spare time she enjoys tracking down songs with titles that contain her name. There are more than you may think...

Welcome to Delayed Teen Angst's blog!

Hello!

Here's our official blog for the web series "Delayed Teen Angst".

Season one went online about a month ago and we hope everyone out there is enjoying it.

Here's the mandatory summary: ;)

DTA: Delayed Teen Angst is the tale of the noble Lionel (TRISTAN SCOTT); his no-nonsense sister, Evie (AMY VORPAHL); and his lovelorn friend, Damian (FERNANDO NOOR), as they straddle adulthood during summer vacation. When Evie entertains the affections of Damian, Lionel struggles with the fact that his partner in chromosomes may be violated by his long-time friend.

Examining the intricacies of “Guy code”, Tony Montana, and the hybridization of sea horses and telepaths, the series poses the question of “does growing up stop when classes do?”

As Evie says, “Summer vacation allows for certain lapses in judgment. Lethargy causes insanity. Be responsible and cure your boredom.”
